Where To Find Kenta:
Kenta is found at the Aquarium Zoo. Aquarium Zoo can be found by entering a door on the right side of the big castle thing in the middle of the aquarium.
The prize for this is 30 Sniper Potions (Archer)/Magic Potions (Magician)/Warrior Potions (Warrior)/Dexterity Potions (Thief)/Speed Potions (Beginner) (Depending on Job) and 500 EXP.
The prize for this is Fish Spear and 2500 EXP.
