The RuneScape world map with Treasure Trails coordinates.The World map is a large, scrolling map of the entire Gielinor. On the map are the names of cities, towns, islands, kingdoms, mountains, caves, dungeons, rivers, lakes, and countless other geographic features as well as information icons for specific locations, buildings and quest starting points.
To access the world map view, click on the "World Map" link at the top the game window. By default, a new browser window will open with the map view displayed in it. This version of the map is dynamic - you can search it, quickly move from one location to another one, view the Key list where all of the icons are explained and can be clicked on to reveal all of the locations of the certain icon. Changing the zoom of the dynamic map is also available.
Players can download a copy of the world map in JPG format by clicking on the Download extra files link under the "Website Features" section on the RuneScape website. This map is static and does not include any of the dynamic map features but it is available offline.
